Corporate Use

Make an inquiry

First, tell Oakhouse your desired area, budget, and how many people will move in.

We will help you find a house that most closely aligns with your needs.
Also, please let us know if you would like to see the house first.

Contract

We offer contracts for individuals as well as corporate bodies.

When signing the contract,please prepare

  • The person moving in should bring a copy of a photo ID.
  • Please prepare the necessary payments for moving in.

Contracts can be signed for as short as 1 month.

POINT 1

Stay from just 1 month minimum! You can live by yourself or with others!

*Provided there are vacancies. *For just ¥10,000 more per month, 2 people can live in 1 room.

POINT 2

Initial costs when moving in are lower compared to traditional rental rooms, and rent thereafter is reasonable as well.

No key money, gift money, or renewal fees necessary

When moving in, please prepare and bring the items below.

  • ID with photo
  • 1 month of rent
  • Contract fee (Only when signing the contract / non-refundable)

While Oakhouse provides a mattress and bed frame, we do not provide bedding. However, you may rent bedding from Oakhouse.
The bedding sets for each bed type are as listed below.
You cannot choose the type of bedding, as it is chosen according to the size of the bed in the room.
